Use up cooked ham?

Hi,
I've just realised the 160g pack of dry roast ham (6 slices) in my fridge has a use by date for yesterday. As it's unopened I'm pretty sure its ok and will pass the sniff test, it certainly looks OK.
I'm just wondering how I can incorporate it into a hot meal for two which doesn't involve eggs. Bright ideas anyone?
Is it me or is it bloomin cold today?

Cut it in cubes, mix with white sauce and grated cheese and layer it with vegetables (also potatoes) or pasta and bake in the oven.0

I would fry the ham in butter with potatoes, onion and lots of black pepper - If you have it, add a can of Campbells Condensed Celery Soup, 1 to 2 tbsp white wine vinegar and a tsp sugar for Danish Hot Potato Salad
Putting these winter preps here so I don't forget!

I love cooking ham with noodles. Cut the ham into strips, then add it to the noodles a minute or so before they are cooked. There is something delicious about writing the first words of a story. You never quite know where they'll take you - Beatrix Potter0
