There is one prize consisting of:
a) Cash -A cheque for £10,000 (ten thousand pounds) made payable in the name of the entrant only. A signature may be required upon delivery.
b) Holiday- A four (4) night trip for the winner and up to three (3) companions to New York, return Business Class flights from London Heathrow or Manchester to New York, return transfers from the airport in New York to the hotel and accommodation at the Tuscany St Giles hotel, on a bed and breakfast basis, based on four (4) people sharing two (2) twin or double rooms.
Please note that the winner will need a current and valid credit/debit card with sufficient available funds in order to check in at the resort for security deposit purposes.
The prize must be booked and taken up by no later than 20 June 2014 and travel cannot take place on 20-26 September 2013, 20-26 November, 28 November 2013 (Thanksgiving), between 15 December 2013 and 5 January 2014 (Christmas and New Year) or between 18 and 21 April 2014 (Easter) and is subject to availability.
Where any of the winner’s companions are aged under 18 years, the companion must have prior parental or guardian permission to accompany the winner when taking up the prize.
The winner and their companions must hold a current and valid passport and any other relevant travel documentation required for travel to and entry into the United States, including but not limited to, making a timely application for receipt of ESTA (Electronic System for Travel Authorization) under the Visa Waiver Program. Passports must be valid for travel with a minimum of six (6) months on the date of departure from the UK when taking up the trip.
It is the responsibility of the winner to (i) organise and pay costs associated with obtaining visas for the travelling party, (ii) ensure that the travelling party is adequately insured including without limitation covering overseas medical costs, and (iii) ensure that the travelling party adheres to the travel itinerary and other relevant safety instructions as set out by the prize provider.
It is the responsibility of the winner to inform the prize provider of any wheelchair or similar access requirements for the winner and/or their companions when taking up the prize, and to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines.
It is the responsibility of the winner to ensure that they and/or their companions adhere to the visa entry requirements to the United States. It is the responsibility of the winner and their companions to adhere to the local laws in the United States, including but not limited to the legal age limit for buying, drinking and possessing alcoholic beverages which is 21 years or over.
The prize excludes:
Ground transport to and from London Heathrow or Manchester, meals and drinks, excursions, attractions and treatments, car hire, personal expenses, visas and vaccinations.
