It's owned by the Council who lease it to the Management Committee but I believe the Housing Association also have some involvement. it has been impossible to find out who is responsible for what unfortunately.
Then report it to the owners. All of the ones that you think it could be.Sanctimonious Veggie. GYO-er. Seed Saver. Get in.0 -

We have done and copied letters to each of them to the others - still no joy. will just have to wait for the signage methinks - if it ever materialises.0 -
Starting from the corner of the grass verge outside your house and going straight across the road it would be a good idea to see if that area could be cross hatched to show no parking.Be Alert..........Britain needs lerts.0

Just to feedback to you helpful people, things have greatly improved with the parking situation outside our house. The Council put up a couple of very small signs in a ridiculous place but the Centre staff have started cooperating. Since my last post, we haven't had one single incident of blocking us in. The Police have, however, become involved due to a local Councillor becoming involved (I think the Council Exec Board have said she has to help out!!!) and they have said they will put up proper Police signs and will "book" anyone causing obstruction. Time will tell but I am happy that things have been a bit more calm and peaceful for the last few days. Thanks for all your support.0
