Hi, booked a four night,5 day stay for eurodisney in October this year, for myself,partner and kids. Paid 400 deposit. But one of my 2 kids is autistic and has decided he hates anything dressed up,i.e Mickey mouse,etc. So we have no option but to cancel, as theres no way hed cope, hes only 4. When i phoned Thomson, they said wed lose all the deposit or 150 of it, if we booked another holiday with them. Is this correct?

Probably - read the T&C to confirm it. But normally you lose the deposit if you cancel up to a couple of months before departure. Creditting some of it to another holiday is a plus.0
