Holiday money help please :)

Hi all,

I'm going to Caleta De Fuste, Fuertaventura in 2 weeks time, for a weeks holiday. We're going half board (breakfast and evening meal), but I have no idea how much to take in money - I've only ever holidayed in the americas and asia.

Its just me and my OH, we don't drink a lot, and don't want to hire a car/transport.

It would be mainly for food/drinks, some souvenirs, and maybe a cab or two, as well as some social bits and bobs, and a lilo for the pool.

I take £400 when going AI...that is 2 of us, for around 10-14 nights.
When I went SC for 14 nights I took £1000 - but rented scooters and such.

I'd say 30 Eur each per night to be safe, doubt you will spend it all though.

So erm, £400 ish ?

As a couple we usually budget €100/day for SC
So taking off dinner and breakfast, around €40/day should do it
