    Recieved my mortgage offer today!!! on the help to buy scheme, very straight forward the lender didn't even asked for any bank statements, well chuffed, broker was fantastic!!!

    Did your credit file show anything else than Mortgage Quotation & Terms / amount mortgage ?

    No just a mortgage quotation, one on full application and 1 yesterday-assuming this one last before offer being made. Both soft searches.

    Are you checking your Equifax files as well as Experian?

    HBoS use both and one search may not show up on the other file immediately.

    Halifax instruct valuation on receipt of the case - before they financially underwrite it.
