Hello guys,
I wanted to ask if first time buyers buying a property worth less than £250,000 is still eligible to pay Stamp Duty Land Tax which takes 1% of the total cost of the property.

Yes first time buyers are still liable for stamp duty unfortunately. They were exempt for a couple of years but that stopped last year.0
