sent used and faulty goods from online sports company

I recently purchased a pair of ski boots online through an online sports company. I opened the box to find they had been used (scuffed and dirty) and they were also broken. I rang the returns company to speak to somebody who was non apologetic. I have sent them.back but I am furious. Should i make a complaint?

    To what purpose? All you presumably want is a refund plus your return postage?
    Normally when you fill in the returns documentation they will ask the reason-that is where you can make your complaint.
    No free lunch, and no free laptop ;)
