1. General conditions for participation

a) The ‘Promoter’ of this prize draw is Dell Corporation Ltd, Dell House, Cain Road, Bracknell, Berks RG12 1LF. The ‘Administrator’ of this prize draw is Mediacom of 124 Theobalds Road London WC1X 8RX United Kingdom
b) This prize draw will be governed by these terms and conditions. ‘Participants’ in the prize draw agree that they have read and understood these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them.
c) The prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over only excluding employees and immediate relatives of employees of the Promoter, Administrator or either of their respective parent, subsidiaries or affiliated companies or any other person professionally connected with this prize draw.
d) Participation is permitted irrespective of purchase of a product/service. No purchase necessary.
e) Only one entry per person allowed.
f) The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the prize draw without any prior notice.
g) In case of non-compliance with any of these terms and conditions or any behavior that is considered defamatory, offensive or illegal, the Promoter reserves the right to reject the Participant from the prize draw.
h) The Promoter takes no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason. Proof of delivery of the entry is not proof of receipt.
i) Use of any company and/or commercial e-mail account, or any automated system, including, but not limited to, the creation of duplicate and multiple e-mail accounts, to participate in the prize draw is prohibited and will result in disqualification. In the event of a dispute as to any registration, the authorized account holder of the email address used to register will be deemed to be the registrant or player. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. The potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder.

2. Prize draw details:

a) Entry to the prize draw starts on Wednesday 5th June 2013 at 2pm and closes at midnight on 20th June 2013.
b) The aim of this prize draw is to promote the Dell and Caterham partnership.
c) To enter the prize draw, Participants will need to “enter in their contact details and simply agree to be included in draw. Participants will enter their full name and contact details via a specifically designed entry form on the Dell.co.uk website. By submitting an entry to the prize draw,

3. Selection of the winner:
a) The winner is the Participant whose entry is drawn at random out of all of the valid entries on 21st June.
b) Terms and Conditions
-The Promoter will send confirmation to the winner that they have won via email, using the winning email address. He or she will then be requested to provide personal data in order for the Promoter to contact him or her. In the event the email is returned as undeliverable, or the winner declines the prize, he or she will be disqualified and a new winner will be drawn. The Promoter will fulfill the prize to an address within the UK and will contact the winner to arrange an appropriate day and time for the delivery of the prize within a time period determined by the Promoter
-By entering the prize draw, Participants acknowledge that they may be required to be used in publicity without further consent or payment. Such publicity may include without limitation the Participant’s name and/or likeness, photographs, and/or any statement made by them concerning the prize draw and/or the prize(s). Participants agree that any or all such elements may be used by the Promoter in any and all media in perpetuity throughout the world as the Promoter in its discretion sees fit.

4. Prize details:

a) Prize package for 2 people includes:

- Return first class train travel from any UK Mainland station to Bicester Station
- Return standard taxi transfer from Bicester Station to Bicester Hotel, Golf and Spa*
- Set tasting menu dinner at 1 Michelin Starred Nut Tree Inn on 28 June at 7.30pm

b) Terms and Conditions

- Above trip inclusions based on set travel dates: 28 to 30 June 2013
- Depending on the winners location, tpf cannot guarantee that winners will be able to stay until the end of the Grand Prix event on 30 June due to train travel home
- Taxis to/from Flore Manor on 29 and 30 June are based on a 7.30am pick up from hotel and returning at 6pm from Flore Manor (earlier/later transfer times may incur an additional cost)
- Return travel offered from winners nearest UK Mainland train station
- Prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable
- No cash alternative is available
- Personal expenses are not included
- Prize is subject to availability
- All elements of the prize must be taken at the same time
- Once booked, the prize cannot be altered or amended
- The prize excludes ground transfers in the UK which are not included in the above prize, additional meals and drinks not included in the prize, excursions, gratuities, personal expenses, and all other costs and arrangements not expressly included in the prize

5. Your privacy and collection of personal data:
Each Participant must supply the details requested on the entry form in order to submit a valid entry. Participant confirms its understanding that it is disclosing and submitting information to the Promoter in respect of this prize draw. By entering the prize draw, Participant grants the Promoter the right to contact them regarding their entry.
