Bank gave loan to cover some charges

Hi all complete novice here.

I'm preparing a claim to RBS for last six years £9000+ in unpaid fees, referal charges etc but over that time they also "allowed" me two personal loans to put the account right - as some of this debt was caused by the charges do any of you have any suggestions?

I'm struggling a little to make sense of this eg charges say £500 personal loan £600 to cover these plus working funds repay £600 plus interest if the charges are repaid have I paid a personal loan for nothing ?

Help please!!

Try working out the interest on the loan as this is what you will be able to claim on the basis that the loan was specifically taken out to cover bank charges.
I have not worked for NatWest Bank since February 2009
