    YE im confused, how can the landlady give you notice, you have nothing to do with her?

    The agents have given me notice, because my land lady has had enough of Northwood, and is ending her contract with them.

    She would happily go private with me but its this dam clause in her contract with Northwood.

    The clause is there to stop people poaching tenants from northwood.
    I dont believe they can take your deposit for following the legally mandated eviction process. Is it protected? Have you been given the details?
