Hi there
It would appear we have been successful with recent PPI claims......my wife has had money paid into her current account with the following reference......
BUS BANK PROC

RTB CUST REL 0
Does anyone know if these two codes relate to Barclays only??

Can only guess but the first one appears to be linked to business banking. The second one is linked to customer relations (the complaints team).
They are not codes. They are the text areas that are typed in. There is a limited space you can use to type in and you will frequently find abbreviations but they would be firm specific.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
