Send one challenge with all 7 ticket numbers on it (either by email or post):

    https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/comment/61687589#Comment_61687589

...change it to suit 'several fake PCNs' in the wording (DO NOT STATE WHO WAS DRIVING NOR ADD ANY APPEAL REASONS AT ALL) and change 'pay the £27 plus vat to popla to find out' to 'pay the £27 plus vat to popla PER TICKET to find out.'

Then come back and tell us when you get 7 POPLA codes. You will need to word your POPLA appeals carefully - but then everyone does.

Don't know what POPLA is? Read ANY threads on the forum first before asking more questions...you will have plenty of time to research this scam whilst you wait for their rejection letter/email.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

The bottom line is, there's absolutely no need to worry. We've all had numerous parking tickets from private companies and they're easy to deal with.

Have a good read around these forums so you know how the scam works, what you can do and what the parking company will do. And follow C-M's advice. She's good at this!

Please don't state which company this is, is it in England or Wales ? And what retailer is it?

    Asda with Smart Parking?

    Or Aldi/Lidl with Parking Eye?

    Peel Centre with Excel?

or what? And as Stroma says, can we check that this was England/Wales?

It was in a car park located in a town centre, not like a retailer or shop etc..

    Its is england

I have the company name but stroma said dont state it

Also will read lots of threads, just really worried.

And thanks for the advice - will look at it all now properly

The reason not to state it is that yours would be easily narrowed down, I would follow coupons advice above for now.

Dont worry about private scammers, if you sellotape the fake charges together your well on the way to makeing a free toilet roll thanks to the scamming ppc.:money:
PPCs say its carpark management, BPA say its raising standards..... we all know its just about raking in the revenue.

But I heard that since after oct 2012 the laws changed and they can track me as the reg'd keeper and take me to court etc :/

This is like 2 weeks wage :/

Also, looking at stromas advice now and making the letter :)

    Thanks so much guys

They have always been able to get registered keeper details from the dvla, so that side of things haven't changed. As far as this is concerned each parking ticket is an individual incident. So the challenge should be done several times.

The reason is that the circumstances of each one could be different. The parking company will not want this to go to popla. So ensure you ask for it to go there like what coupon linked to above.

Am I sending the letter in writing as a letter to their address or as an email to them?

Do I keep photocopies of what I send them

Do I send the letter as recorded delivery

    etc?
