Worcester Greenstar 38cdi combi boiler quote

I have just had a quote from a local plumbing and heating company (recommended by our builder) to replace our existing combi boiler. It will be move to the other side of an internal wall. Do you think this is a good quote?

Worcester Greenstar 38CDI Classic Combi and Flue with 5Year Warranty
Programmable room thermostat
Move boiler to new position (other side of wall)
Run new condensate pipe work under floor.
Flush system with cleaner
Add inhibitor.
remove old boiler and all rubbish
Gas pipe upgrade to 28mm from the meter.
Quote total: £2300 inc Vat

yes seems like a good quote to me. As they have identifed that the gas needs upgrading i would say thats a good sign that they know what they are doing. I would be asking for a magnetic filter to protect the new boiler as well. Will cost you about £120 extra.
