I want to transfer Digital tapes to my PC software and transfer them to blank DVD to then play on my home DVD player.
What do I need to buy, - or + disks.
My DVD burner writes to both and I have a Mico DVD home player.
Thanks

If your burner writes to both then you can use either.
The '-' type was the original standard for DVD discs.
The '+' type is a later invention and is supposed to be better.
But '-' types will play back on all DVD players without any problem. That might not be the case for '+' types.
