Rod Stewart Manchester MEN Tonight?

Does anyone know if the planned Rod Stewart concert is on tonight at the MEN arena Manchester.
Its supposed to be tonight and tomorrow (I have tickets for tomorrow) but I have heard he cancelled the O2 on Thursday due to illness.
cant get through to MEN arena, nothing in Manchester Evening Newspaper, nothing on the Rod Stewart website:mad:
Sister travelling up from South Wales for this and another from Torquay so we can all go together - not going to be happy if its cancelled and no notice till we get there.
