Balance transfer from Ryanair card

Is the account number of a Ryanair card valid for a balance transfer ? I believe unusually that it is different from the long card number.
The reason I ask is that I want to do a balance transfer but they won't issue me another card unless I agree to a interest rate hike. I froze the account to repayment only last September when they slapped 10% on.
If not, I will just use cash to pay off the balance and my new card (Tesco 12 Month 0% no fee on balance transfers and purchases ) to buy stuff.
I will be glad to get rid of the ryanair card, worst call centre (budget call centre in India) and online access ever. I'm not going to call because explaining to somebody who has about 1000 words of English what I am talking about winds me up.

The account number is always different from the long card number and the latter has to be used as a reference. Is the account number of a Ryanair card valid for a balance transfer ? I believe unusually that it is different from the long card number.
However, for BTs other CC companies need the long number, not the account number, although in exceptional circumstances they sometimes agree to do a bank transfer instead.0 -
Managed to sort it, I got the long card number from Customer services, so now I can do a BT without a new card. I will be glad to be rid of the Ryanair card, very poor website and telephone service.0
