need static caravan for 1 month merseyside

not sure if this is in the right place as the static is not needed for holiday but to help someone move home.

We need to rent a static caravan on a farm or somewhere similar in north liverpool where we can come and go as we please in july-august and at a reasonable rate.

if you know of anything like this or have any suggestions please post. we have looked at travelodge but it too expensive.

I will pay initially and they will refund me later, to use a static could cost just a few hundred to buy a static can run into thousands you also have the selling fees to consider.

so zaksmum can you help with my original post?

A second hand touring van wouldn't be thousands and would prob sell for the same as you paid for it.

Why does it need to be a static if only needed for a month, of course still would have to find somewhere to put it

have you looked on gumtree, there is one to rent for £150 , not much info though
  • for a touring van you then need a tow bar and as you say somewhere to put it, then you have to pay campsite fees and then the hassle and cost of trying to sell.

static for a few hundred is the simplist and cheapest option if there is one available.

will check out gumtree thank you for that

I would have thought there would be plenty of landlords who could be persuaded to let a delapidated property) for example in Bootle for a couple of months for a cash some inc deposit (though be careful and check the landlord really does own a property) Some houses were being sold recently in Liverpool for a £1, so you could buy a property and make a 100 % profit. ;)
But seriously look at renting something maybe in the Oriel Road area or find out who bought these houses for a £1 and make them an offer they can't refuse !

try something like this - its in South Liverpool but can't be too bad!
