Manchester Restaurant

I'm going to a show at the Lowry in a few weeks and need to find somewhere fairly cheap to eat beforehand as we've all spent enough already on tickets, hotel etc.
Does anyone have any reccommendations?

the pizza place opposite the lowry was ok but not sure if you would call it cheap? i suppose if you stick to a basic pizza each and only have 1 drink it wouldnt be to bad.theres kfc and macdonalds on regents road which isn't a million miles away.

If you were eating in town first there's Bella Pasta, they are having promotions for buy one get another for £1, some student deals or you can use your Tesco vouchers to pay, but for food only. Beware, don't order wine - their alcohol prices are extortionate! They'll bring you a jug of tap water free on request. Check out the website for prices, basic pasta and pizza are reasonable. Pizza Hut sometimes have evening deals too.

Thanks for those ideas, actually have just found somewhere called the Lime which is over the road from the Lowry and have had a look atthe menu and seems fairly inexpensive.
