mbnaoptions uk breaks not available

Just to let people know that mbnaoptions cannot offer the UK breaks benefit. Their 3rd party website has been down for weeks with no date to say when will be fixed. Also if you phone the number to book a break, this also can't be done.
Pretty poor! I have asked them to remove this benefit but doubt anything will be done. Basically if you pay monthly for these perks you are not getting access to the full benefits advertised!
Perhaps the agreement with the selected hotels has fallen through but no one on the phones will admit to this and for weeks denied all knowledge that there was even a problem with the website!!
