You don't see that there's a difference between knowing you won't have a means to repay because you are in prison to still having access to funds, a salary and the opportunity of alternative employment?
But the fact is that OP's OH is awaiting sentence which means he might or might not go to prison. Which is about equivalent to being in the consultation period for redundancy where you might or might not lose your job.You might as well ask the Wizard of Oz to give you a big number as pay a Credit Referencing Agency for a so-called 'credit-score'0 -
