Urgent: Cheapest voip divert to UK Mobiles

Hello,

I'm going away later this week and would appreciate it if I could find a solution soon.

I want to be able to divert calls to my mobile, especially useful when I'm away as using my regular landline to do it is quite expensive.

I was wondering if anyone could recommend the cheapest voip provider for diverts to Uk mobiles (O2) that also provides a SIP address for your account.

I will also be using this provider in the future to divert normal calls to my Uk mobile so I'd really prefer the cheapest.

I did see one provider for 6pm per minute, but I can't remember the name. In any case this was several months ago and there may be something cheaper now.

Real shame I can't find that 6c per minute (USD) rate to mobiles, the cheapest I can find all told is voiptalk.org's Silver package, 9p peak, 7p off peak and 5p weekends. There is a cheaper one during the day, D2M Net VoIP - Home at 9p peak, but it's just going to be a pain to keep changing accounts between peak and off peak for a 0.5p per minute difference.

Someone PM'd me advising that I can get VAT off the monthly fee for voiptalk. Do you know if this would also apply to the call rates? On the rates list page it says the rates exclude VAT - does this mean that EU customers will be charged VAT over and above these rates?

Anyone who may have anything cheaper, I'd appreciate it. Liechstenstein mobile (+423 66) would also be OK as I have a SIM card with a number there if this may be cheaper.
