Bank of Cyprus & Legal and General

Hi,
After a bit of advice, I recently wrote to my the Bank that provided my mortage. At the time we were sold PPI through the bank through Legal and General.
I have all the documentation from Legal and General and statements of my payments over a decade.
I wrote to the Bank of Cyprus stating that this was missold. I received a letter today from the bank stating they have never sold PPI and they will not be taking this claim any further.
Not sure what to do now? Do I write the claim to Legal and General or do I write another letter to the Bank of Cyprus?
Thank you
Marios

Bank of Cyprus Financial Services Limited is an Appointed Representative of Legal & General.
However, if your payment history goes back as far as you say then it predates the regulation of general insurance.
In any case, Mortgage PPI complaints are normally rejected.0 -
Thanks.

You complain to whoever sold it to you, but as magpiecottage says, most MPPI complaints are rejected.Non me fac calcitrare tuum culi0

With pre-regulation cases via a broker, it is up to the broker if they voluntarily accept to consider the complaint or not. Not many are usually willing to volunteer. However, you can ask.
