BT....losing the will...

Do you think that they just don't care because they know they've got you by the short and curlies? I cannot wait until I can move to another provider!
Long story short, I'm moving house and they keep changing the date of when they're coming to sort it. They don't ring, they text. They don't give you an explanation, they just tell you that the day/time has changed. They expect that you can stop your world whenever you wish, to sit in a house for 5 hours waiting for them to turn up.
I'm a single disabled Mum doing my Masters - just writing my 15,000 dissertation as well as commencing a work placement shortly. I cannot simply drop everything to wait for them. Do they care? Nope. Not one bit.
I fail to understand how they have a business when the reports on t'internet are all the same re:moving house. How are they not getting the message?
