ok joek - I apologise for making light heated humour at the fact that you seem to have been posting as another broker called Lipstick.

I apologise that i have found amusement in the fact that you seem to have answered your own posts under what seems dual personality and then gone on to tout for business so blatently.

Thinking that you seem to be the kind of person that might just laugh along with these comments, I didn't think such a nerve would have been hit?

Forget about all that, I'm actually more perturbed by the quote of "it takes 14.5 hrs to process a mortgage application". I received a mortgage offer from BM Solutions in 9 minutes last week!

I'm sorry but this, and other threads are really driving me mad, so before you read I'm sorry if I offend anyone but I'm :mad:

Why is it that when anyone asks for advice in a thread, it turns out into a battle of Mortgage/Financial Advisers! From someone who is not a Mortgage/Financial Adviser please can you argue amongst yourselves elsewhere!!!

I know Martin has posted a thread about this before. I'm not having a go, but on a few threads recently it has turned into cat fights like this and it's not useful to anyone!

I doubt that the OP has got his question answered from anything that has been posted on this thread. At the end of the day, people are going to make there own decision about who to get there mortgage with and you lot all arguing amongst yourselves aren't going to get any business like that, infact I'd steer clear of the lot of you!!! :mad:

If I feel someone has done a good job, I'll recommend them whether it be a finacial advisor/mortgage broker/tradesperson. With fear of other people giving me grief on here I've PM'd the original OP with a recommendation which they can take or leave, hopefully they will find it more use than what's been posted so far!!!!!!!!!!!!

Rant over, let the abuse commence back at me now for probably expressing an opnion I should have kept to myself :eek:

Your point is exactly the same reason that I forced a public apology on here.

If anyone wants to follow my posts in here I have always tried to be helpful and I respond in a totally professional way.
