I got a parking ticket at Perth Royal Infirmary because I never realised you still had to get a ticket even although parking is free.
I thought the notices about getting a ticket were a leftover from when you had to pay.
I have had the pay up or else notices and now the else notice.
I have never acknowledged any letter from Smart Parking.
I take it I should still ignore any demands for payment?

Yup. POFA does not apply in Scotland or Northern Ireland, so ignoring is still the best option up here.
