One entry per household. Entries sent in through agents or third parties will be disqualified. Late, incomplete or otherwise ineligible entries will be disqualified. 5. One winner will be selected at random by an independent person, from all correct and eligible entries received before 11.59pm on 30 June 2013. The winner will be notified by telephone and email by 2 July 2013 and will have 24 hours to respond from initial contact in order to claim their prize.
6. If direct contact with the winner cannot be made within this 24 hour period or they are not available to accept the prize for any reason which is beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, then the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to another entrant.
7. One winner will receive the following prize:

• Return train/air travel for two people from winner’s nearest available train station/airport to Inverness (mode of transport is dependent on winner’s home location)
• Private ground transfers within Inverness including between the airport/station to the hotel, between the hotel and the Scottish Open Pro Am on 10 July, from the Kingsmills Hotel to Royal Dornoch and back again from the hotel to the Scottish Open on 12 July
• Three nights’ hotel accommodation for two people in the four star Kingsmills Hotel in Inverness on Tuesday 9 July, Wednesday 10 July and Friday 12 July, with daily breakfast (based on sharing a twin room)
• Two spots to play an 18 hole shotgun event in the Aberdeen Asset Management Scottish Open Pro Am tournament at Castle Stuart Golf Links on Wednesday 10 July followed by a reception with drinks and canap!s. You will have the chance to play at the Pro Am tournament with Sarah Stirk and a top European Tour pro. Please note that this is not guaranteed and is subject to availability on the day.
• One night's accommodation for two people on Thursday 11 July in the Links House at Royal Dornoch, with a set three course dinner with wine plus breakfast
• A round of golf for two people at Royal Dornoch on Thursday 11 July
• Two tickets to the Aberdeen Asset Management Scottish Open tournament on Friday 12 July

The prize does not include further spending money, meals, room service charges including but not limited to any food, beverages, telephone calls and other chargeable items or services used in the room, or any other service or item not specifically described above.
8. The guest must also be 18 years of age or over. Proof of age may be required.
9. If coming from ROI, the prize winner and their guest are responsible for their own passport and visa arrangements.
10. It is the responsibility of the winner to ensure that the winner and their guest are available to travel between 9 and 13 July 2013.
11. Should the winner and the guest be unable to travel on the dates and times designated by the Promoter, then the prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternative winner.
