Wouldn't you prefer the cheapest? Why do you want a specific age related tariff?0 -
The best thing to do is a comparison. Visit uSwitch and input your annual usage figures to get the most accurate comparison. This should show up which is the cheapest supplier for your usage needs and area.0

I thought age related tariffs for pensioners were supposed to be cheaper, but had bad experiences in the past with EDF and more recently EON on their age uk
I was mis sold on both EDF and EON direct debits were assessed lower than they should have been which i did query at the time, but i was told the price quoted for DD would cover my bills
Since then i have been asked for various amounts monthly including £265 a month, then said they were getting my accounts mixed up from when i was with staywarm, now i an being asked for £135 a month, even after cutting my usage especially Electric right down,
Which i was told by one person at EON was fine, then a few weeks later told i was a high user,so would need to pay £135 DD0 -
I havent got my last bill yet, how do i find out annual usage, sorry if i seem a bit thick dont really have a clue about how to gage it0

From your last 4 bills, from your annual statement, or call your supplier.
Age related tariffs are cheaper than Standard, but may not be cheaper than other online discount tariffs. Which is why you need to start with a comp site armed with your kWh figures. No free lunch, and no free laptop0
