I get these letters incessantly - 12 months for balance transfers with 4% fee. This month it has changed to include 'money transfers' [aka 'Super Balance Transfer'] also at 0% and the fee has reduced to 3%

Nothing special with interest rates so low, but this is welcome.

Got another Natwest CC offer today - 12 months (till October '14) 3% BT fee - including same rate for 'money transfers' [SBT]

So rates have dropped since June.
