Hi all, my DRO got sent off Tuesday, how will I find out if it has been approved or not??? With step change (dealing with my debt) inform me or will I get a letter or email or something??
Call and ask them?
The DRO unit will send you a letter to confirm it has been approved. Normally you would be able to check on the individual insolvency register, but that site has been down for a week or so now.
Intermediaries are sent an email if an application is declined, and most I would hope would try to contact the applicant to discuss if this happens, so im sure at the moment no news is good news. But it normally takes about 24 hours, so you should hear in the next day or 2, im sure it's fine...0 -
That's great thank you, step change said it can take up to three days, so I might give them a call tomorrow to see if they know anything, fingers crossed x0
