Presumably OP could now reject the goods under Sale of Goods Act (for being stained) and it would be up to the retailer to prove it wasn't stained when they sent it?
They still probably wouldn't pay so that would only leave chargeback or small claims court0 -
Although for a S75 claim, the purchase must be over £100.
No idea whether this bikini falls in that bracket, just bear it in mind.
