The issue here is pbc has no grounds for an appeal or if he/she does, this hasn't been included in the post. They admit to overstaying the maximum time. So, come on experts, in this case what should the appeal be based on? This website talks about unfair parking tickets, why do you think this one is unfair?

There are countless grounds for appeal. If you are not a PPC troll, then you obviously have no idea what you are talking about. Please read the POFA 2012 regulations. There are over 100 different paragraphs, all of which have to be complied with. Please read the BPA CoP. Another 100 or more. Please read the laws on contract, and previous court decisions. Finally, please read up on previous POPLA decisions. Don't offer advice until you have some idea of the complexity of the issues involved. You can however offer money. If you are prepared to cough up the parking charge on behalf of the OP because you think the charge reasonable I'm sure we would all find that acceptable.

Perhaps you should read a few of the thousands of threads about PPC scams and do a bit of your own research instead of high jacking this thread where a legitimate poster is asking for help!

Can you not read or something or was your vision blurred when I called PPCs scum? Not an employee - but proud arrogant owner of a protection racketeer PPC firm maybe?
