Noddle - Yay or Nay?

I've been told by my boss that I can see my credit report for free by signing up to Noddle. This sounds too good to be true to me since you have to pay £2 for a one off statutory report or you can pay monthly for 24/7 access (WHY?).
Does anyone use Noddle and is it any good? Is it as in-depth as Experian (for example) or does it just give a general idea?
Thanks in advance :j

I use Noddle and have never had any issues. I think it's fantastic! :-)
Just make sure you tick/untick the correct 'don't send me spam' boxes when you sign up."A bank* is a place where they lend you an umbrella in fair weather and ask for it back when it begins to rain."
(*Unless it's Santander. The branch says they sent you an umbrella 3 times already and don't understand why you don't have it yet and want it back right now!!!)0 -

Noddle's good. Of the three, I find Equifax has the most intuitive credit report design, followed by Noddle and finally Experian. Experian's website is a bit of a mess.
You need to check all three to get a complete picture but using Noddle just to keep an eye on your history is fine. I would check all three before making any applications if I were you.
All of my accounts report to Noddle but none of my recent applications have searched Noddle when I've applied for credit. What will your verse be?

It is excellent, considering the price.
Though you will still want to check the statutory reports (not score) with Experian and Equifax every so often, especially if you plan on any major applications. Noddle should not be depended on in isolation.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB

Thanks for this thread... Never heard of Noodle before but just had a look as I have an impending mortgage application.
It great that its free :T
However it showed me financially connected to An ex who I split up with 5.5 years ago! Experian and Equifax don't show this anymore!
I did used to have a joint account with him but obv was closed over 5 years ago. And the account doesn't show on there.
I have flagged it with noddle using their online form but asked for his current address! I haven't got this as I haven't spoke to him in over 5 years so just mentioned that in the notes.
Has anyone had any experience of reporting errors to noddle? Was it dealt with quickly?
Also as he is showing as a financial associate will this negatively effect any credit decisions? Even though have no joint account or anything with him?
Thanks so much! :-)
Ps will start as separate thread if necessary! (Pls advise if best to do this)0 -

You have to file a notice of disassociation with each of the 3 agencies separately. Noddle should be able to change it pretty quickly.
As to whether it would affect any lending decision, it depends on what he has on his file. If for example he was bankrupt or had fraud markers on his account and a potential lender searched callcredit(noddle) then it certainly could.A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0 -
