Third party insurer have made an offer
eSo
I have been made an offer by the TPI.
the actual value may be considered as acceptable
however they are basing this value on the basis '' however the full service history and MOT must be obtained to support this value. ''
car is 10 years old this year, i have owned it for 6.
i am not sure what constitutes full service history.
I have the invoices for each service, i have never had my book stamped or signed, would proof of invoices detailing the work be sufficient???
should this even be a fair condition ??
the use of the word FULL, is that for the 6 years or the 3 years prior..
i am not sure if they are trying to get me, by accepting an offer on those terms may then allow them to get out paying out...
what is my counter argument is this is unfair ?

They are not asking for a stamped service book. Just provide the invoices and MOT.0

or rather copies of the invoices & MOT0

Service history adds value to a vehicle hence they have said its based on that condition. If you have a partial history then the offer is slightly lower.
Evidence can either be in the form of invoices and/ or stamps in books0
