Car Insurance through Quote me Happy . . questions

My wifes worried that a "deal" I got through Quote me Happy for the insurance of a brand new Mitsubishi ASX3 with No claims of 4 years is a "rip off" because she believes the policy will have so many loop holes for non payment that its "not worth the paper its yet to be printed on" insurance particulars yet to arrive in post.
Comparison find through Money Supermarket and found them to be reasonable even when I added a few extras like increased legal cover.
Although its asking me now to upload my proof of no claims discount (which Ive never had to do before with other insurers) and do it before my policy starts which is in 2 days ! Whats the likelyhood my previous insurer Aviva will send me a digital copy of my no claims discount in time ?
Is this the loophole my wifes been talking about ?

You will be able to find good and bad reviews about any insurer. You've had at least 4 years of car insurance - is there an insurer you were happy with.0 -

Hi Jase_from_Up_North
Thanks for your post. Although Quote Me Happy (QMH) are owned by Aviva they are a separate company. Many insurers require a copy of your No Claims Discount (NCD) when you set up a new policy and because QMH are an online only insurer this is why they have requested you upload your No Claims Discount (NCD).
I can arrange for an electronic copy of your No Claims Discount to be sent out. All I need is for you to email me the following details to social@aviva.co.uk
Full Name
Date of birth
Post code
Policy number
MSE Username (so we can link your email with this post)
As soon as I have those details I will get the proof of NCD sent out.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Kind regards
Dave

Don't give the guy a hard time, he's only trying to help.
Good to see Aviva has a rep on here to resolve these kinds of issues.
Many other businesses could learn from this.0
