Part of the Furniture 10 Posts Combo Breaker
Poor customer service. ?
Phone lines with layers of options which take you round in circles then cut you off ?
Exorbitant booking fees and service charges ?
Charging you £3 to print you own tickets ?
The inability to actually speak to a human being with a complaint ?
Tickets paid for six months ago still not received. ?
Tickets arriving days before a concert not allowing for peoples holidays and travelling plans ?
Getmein their subsidiary creaming off all the goods seats and inflating the prices to make even more profit ?
The claim to stop touts with their web site software ?
The inability to post tickets out within a few days of receiving the face value plus their massive cut and mark up on top ?

I've had my belly full of this company, their greed, and their incompetence ?

Seven months to get Bruce Springsteen tickets to my letterbox mere days before the concert is the one that really gets me ?

    I agree on a lot above not all is correct.

    Getmein their subsidiary creaming off all the goods seats and inflating the prices to make even more profit ? :mad: - Wholly owned subsidiary and I know many people that who at GMI. They operate on a seperate income streams where one does not subsidises the other. If any promoter stock goes on GMI (or other secondaries) thats due to the promoter creaming off and using these sites to generate market value income. They want you to think its the touts but secretly the promoters will allocate small % (0 to 5%) for some events to this selling avenue

    The lateness of tickets is two fold now. One, they dont print their own tickets anymore especially tickets with commemorative pictures of the artist on tickets. So they rely on other primary agents (esp for O2 Arena venues) to deliver to them first before packaging and sending to buyers. Second, its to combat touts that need to deliver to the secondaries and to make them sweat as the secondaries have cut-off points for delivery to buyers.
