Lloyds account charge refund declined... What next

Hi I complained to lloyds as I believe I was mid sold my account back in 2007... I was told having a silver account with a charge was the only way I would be able to have a chip and pin facility on my account..
They hve declined and pointed out that I used the phone insurance once and still have my phone register with them, also I had a review back in October... That I reallly didn't have time for or want and didn't change it then so I must be happy ....? And that it's my responsibility to read changes etc to my account...
What can I do next? As I'm not just jumping on the band wagon I did feel wronged by them but was told it was the only way.....

A pretty solid response on their part.

    It is.

What exactly have they done wrong?
They have found no evidence of wrongdoing and have a trail that shows well in their favour. What evidence do you have to support your allegations?

I understand their point.. but as I said I wa told that I wasnt able to have the chip and pin facility unless I payed the monthly fee... I did question this at yhe time pointing out that I didnt need any of the insurances... but I was told there was no other way I could have chip and pin... I really needed to have this service from my bank but was made to pay to get it...

You've had 6 years to query this. If you felt wronged by them why didn't you complain before now ? It sounds as though you are jumping on the bandwagon.

It wasn't until I spoke to someone back in October I was told this wasn't the case.... Until reading on here I didn't know I could even try to reclaim....

Provide your evidence to support that.

Yet you claimed on the insurance. That works against you big time
