Has anyone ever actually received a County Court Judgement from Debt Recovery Plus???

I stayed less than 30 minutes over the 3 hour limit at a free carpark. Having received 2 letters asking for £95. I have now received another letter from Debt Recovery Plus to recover £150. The car is registered to my husband and he is receiving the letters but I was driving he wasnt even in the car. I am now worried as they are talking about County Court Judgements and we are looking to apply for a mortgage in the next 12 months. Should I just pay the £150 to make sure nothing blemishes our otherwise perfect credit records or continue to not make contact with them? I am starting to stess out about it now

You haven't received a county court judgement so your thread title is not exactly accurate is it?
They are just a lousy scummy debt collector, they can't take you to court, and when Zenith Collection write, they can't either, in fact they are both the same scummy company.
But is this in England or Wales? Who gave you the fake ticket to begin with? Have you appealed or communicated with them? When posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.

Thank you for replying. Sorry I meant to put a question mark on the end of the title.
I haven't replied or communicated with them at all as when I received the first letter the mse advice was just to completely ignore everything but it seems to have changed since and now says appealing is the best route to take. We are in England and the original company was Spring Parking.0 -

You don't have any worries where spring parking are concerned, they are a little company who have never done court, ever !When posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.

So the best thing to do is just keep ignoring everything they send then?0

Yep ignore everything. Obviously if they do a small claim come back, it's highly unlikely though, and I mean it would be a first for them. If you begin to falter also come back for morale support.

Everyone gets the DRP and Zenith junk mail. Look at the links I gave in post #3 when I posted on there as SchoolRunMum, and look at the pictures.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
