Wolvesman89..I think we must have the same Firm.
All anyone wants is good communication from whoever we are dealing with, I have asked on numerous occasions to be advised, emails, phone calls that I ultimately will pay at least £25 for each,
as you say Lord Baltimore, give them a break so I left it for 2 Weeks and guess what I emailed to ask what's happened and to my disbelieve she said "I've been on holiday, will get on with it on Monday, how long does it take to prepare and send a Stat Dec to land registry, I think 14 weeks is a bit too long if it does go on Monday.
Sorry I didn't mean to come here and highjack this link, I came on here looking for help and advice, I can see I wont get either or any sympathy especially from those not in the stressful position of selling, so I will wish good luck to you all..0 -

The "stressful position of selling" is something we've all been through. I know my comments are based on experience.
But it's like walking on eggshells on this forum because everyone seems so wound up.
Personally speaking, I don't mind if people, even solicitors and bankers, have a holiday and I also know I'm not their only client. If you're not happy with their performance, don't use them.Mornië utulië0
