Probably a stupid question and I have not seen a thread about this (but could be a bit blind) but I need to card tart a Virgin Money Mastercard...can I tart to other Mastercard/MBNA cards?

Yes, unless I'm mistaken. The provider of the card you want to BT to will tell you if they have any exclusions (for example HSBC don't allow you to BT a First Direct card I believe) but usually there is no problem.

You wouldn't have an issue with BTing to a another Mastercard - you potentially might with another MBNA card. Always best to check with the provider of the BT card before you initiate the request.

You can transfer to another Mastercard, but not to MBNA because Virging CC is run by MBNA.

Beware, I tried transferring from one of the new Virginmoney cards starting 5310 only to be told that no Lloyds cards can transfer balances from them...essentially you are stuck with Virginmoney and their terms.
