first target recoveries have been making claim on my behalf for ppi. i do not remember signing anything giving them permission for thi however i have receied a payment and they are requesting their commission where do i stand if i did not sign a contract
also recently they sent a letter asking me to sign this for another claim as the company will not give out information withut my consent this is why im wondering if i did sign anything.
i also sent them a letter requesting not to act on my behalf any more but they still keep ringining and sending letters

If you didn't sign a scontract, you don't have to give them any money.
If you agreed for them to represent you over the phone, that's a verbal contract, and if they have a recording of it, you do have to pay them.Non me fac calcitrare tuum culi0 -
The OP must have filled in the form containing their complaint and I expect a signature will have been applied to it authorising the Claims Company to act on their behalf. If you didn't sign a scontract, you don't have to give them any money.
Not being able to remember giving them permission is not the same as refusing to provide permission.
I think the OP will have to pay.0 -
He could ask for proof he has a contract with them. If they're reputable [HA!] they should give it to him.Non me fac calcitrare tuum culi0
