2nd letter now from Parking Collection Services!?

Hi guys,
After doing my research and taking some advice from this superb forum back in February, I opted to ignore an original 'fine' I received from MET parking services in the Gatwick McDonald's.
Now over 3 months later I've now received a second letter from "Parking Collection Services" on behalf of MET parking. Chasing up £100.
Is this standard protocol for them, getting another firm to enforce the fine?
Should I still ignore or am I endanger of getting myself in a spot of bother!?
Thanks
John.

Is this the FIRST LETTER they have sent the registered keeper and was the original fake PCN on the windscreen only? IF YES you can challenge this now.
If not, if the MET fake PCN was also posted then you are too late to appeal, as explained here in a Highview reply I just did:

If this is the second letter in the post it's too late to appeal so you are well and truly in 'ignore mode' re the junk mail drivel.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
