Contacts disappeared on Outlook

Has anyone else had the same problem.

I can't get up my contacts on Outlook, so it is not recognising anyones email addresses unless I type the email addresses in full I can't email anyone!

I hate the change from Hotmail. My PC has been behaving badly since this change. Whenever I turn it on, it goes to system restore. It does this every time. There are no virus or malware but how many times should it repair itself. I'm seriously considering changing to a Mac. Microsoft, you have seriously damaged your reputation. Get it sorted or I'm off to Apple.

I have now also lost the options to delete,sweep,forward etc does anyone else have this problem?
