    I e-mailed this afternoon about the BB Lips and have just read the reply-

    I do apologise that you have not yet received your prize. I have been in contact with No7's PR team today and they are reassuring me that the products will be sent in the next few days.
    Really sorry for the delay, there was a big mix up with their send-out but it should be with you no later than next week.
