I've never received the St Tropez either but seem to have a lot of missing post lately.

it will be posted on the main comps board next time it runs (from memory, early December)
Someone will bump every 2 hours as a new prize goes up, so you'll need to enter for every product you would like to win (could mean entering up to 5 times per day).
Look out for it on the comps board. I imagine there will be a "heads up" post a few days before it begins.0
