Most of the individual tips - including one similar to the list above can be found in the Save Zillions on Cleaning Index. Others can be found in the Cleaning section of the MEGA Index sticky at the top of the forum listing.

You can find the Zillions thread in our "Indexed Collections" sticky at the top of the forum listing, or you can follow the clue in my signature any time you see it or...

..you can use the Indexed Collections link in the Blue Bar at the top of every page which looks something like this:-

Click on the number in the top right hand corner of the post you want to print and it will show as just a single post. I'm sure you'll be able to work out how to print it after that

Could I suggest that a sub forum be made to hold stickies, as a sort of "Reference Library" that way apart from the essential "read this before posting" stuff the front page would be kept clear???

Nope.

The stickies are at the top of the forum listings to make them easy to find. Once the MEGA Index is complete we'll be reducing the number of permanent stickies again. Sub Boards purely for a few threads, no matter how useful those threads might be, is not under consideration by MSE.

Believe me, finding info on such a busy forum as this is easier now than it ever has been and work is in progress to make it even easier.

You'll just have to live with a bit of scaffolding until the building is done
