probably get a parts in a kit from the big diy chains, but probably be overpriced.
go to a plumbers merchants, get 2 self cutting taps.you will need fairly easy access to the hot and cold pipes,(or 1 if washer is cold fill only).
the easiest way to connect the waste outlet from your washer is either, change the sink u bend for one that has a connection for your outlet pipe to push onto.or you can get a kit that cuts a hole into your sink outlet pipe( just make sure that you have access to at least 6 inches of clear pipe to clamp onto)and a pipe clamps over the hole you have cut.
take maximum 45 min to install everything.

I don't think there is such a thing I'm afraid. I may be wrong.

    I'll take each in turn.

    Hot and Cold feed:

The easiest DIY option is something like this: http://www.screwfix.com/app/sfd/cat/pro.jsp?id=13768&ts=89079

You will need two, one for the hot and the other for the cold. Assuming your pipes are 15mm copper (they won't do otherwise). All you do is clamp it around the pipe and then screw the tap in. The base of the tap body is fitted with a small self cutting spigot that cuts through the pipe. The rubber seal around the clamp makes sure there are no leaks.

    Waste:

If the waste pipe is in close proximity to the mahine, ie the hose will reach it You can use one of these. http://www.screwfix.com/app/sfd/cat/pro.jsp?id=11879&ts=89267

However, you may already have something like this under your sink. It's worth checking before you start to do work you don't need to. :http://www.screwfix.com/app/sfd/cat/pro.jsp?id=12794&ts=89373

    General.

Screwfix have a min order level of £45 to get free delivery. If you're just buying those few bits then B and Q is probably your best bet.
