I bought a new phone online and wanted an SD card for extra memory.
I looked online and saw Currys had one on offer for £3.35.
I wasn't sure if it was the right one but the young chap, instore assured me it was and when asked, fiddled with said phone and put it in for me. He was really helpful all for the grand sale of £3.

Main thing is, are you satisfied with that service and SD card...?0 -
It's nice to hear of good service.people working in retail only ever really hear complaints, please email or write to the store, the employee should be recognised, you have no idea what a difference that makes for people working in retail.
I'm a retail manager and always make sure I reward my employees who go above and beyond.0 -
monty-doggy I used to work in food retail and I agree most people only complain and seldom compliment.0

Makes a change to see a "praise" on the thread0

"smashing service" - bring your laptop in, our engineers will smash it for you!
Just kidding. For the convenience of having real stores and real staff who will try to help, and prices very close to online one, and at least some tax paid in the UK, I'll give them my extra tenner or so, no problem0 -
I went to curry's today and was very happy with their service too.just passing through.... Nothing to see....0
