Not a lot to update, plodding along, saving every penny I can.
Going through The Old Style board, looking for suitable tips and things I can put into my life. Put a lot in place but early day, so not reaped many benifits yet.
Money really getting very low. Pat day not until 2 weeks today 28th of June. I have worked 7 extra shifts on this months pay, due to holiday cover, so will have a little bit of buffer money. Car due for its mot in August, so want to put most of it away for that.

I've Not spent anything in 2 days, so now got £6 to last 4 days. Mind you fridge and freezer all but empty.0

£55 in my housekeeping purse to last 3 weeks, quite stoced up so I'm confident I can do it. If I wan to buy anything, I look on the old style board for tips on the cheapest way around it or I look on superskrippers.
I am walking to work and back, which is good for my health and saves on the petrol.
I am doing a lot more cooking from scratch, its sometimes a bit more expensive as have to buy ingredients I have not got, but do realize that in the long run it will be cheaper.
Ive made biscuits, pies, bread. Bread is too yummy and does my excess weight no good !.
Car mot is due 5th of august, I'm hoping this will be a good result.0 -
