Prop Savvy

I am looking on more inforamtion on a company named Prop Savvy they claim to purchase houses at a discounted price and to sell it to you at dirt cheap.. i mean £30,000 all inclusive. YOu have to pay a down payment of £4000for the service. But I wanted to know whether the type of business is real, or a bunch of scammers.

    You can buy houses for £1 in some areas!

    The BIG question is - do you pay the £4000 before or after you've completed the purchase of the house? If it's before then I'd avoid like the plague.

    And even if it's after, I'd still get an independent idea of what the house is worth. Otherwise the "bargain" house you've just bought might turn out to be a money pit.
    If it sticks, force it.
    If it breaks, well it wasn't working right anyway.
  • I'll do it for £3,000 !!! Honest Guv :cool::cool:
